Our Story

Founded in 2004, originally as Vinyl House LLC. We begun our real estate journey as vinyl siding and home improvement experts. With over a decade of experience of high quality renovation and house addition experience we took a chance on ourselves with to build our first new construction property in 2006. After our first professional build we never looked back. A decade later in 2016, we refreshed our brand to AAP Builders. Today we build new construction homes in Fairfield County for families young and old. This is our story, we hope we can help you build your dream!
